The Role

As the Chief Commercial Officer at Senergia, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing the company's commercial business. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing comprehensive strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing all forms of internal and external communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop the commercial aspect of the company.

By these cornstones Senergia can ensure high quality, create efficiency and bring benefit the company in the long run. You will lead, follow, and manage these cornerstones.

2. Profitable growth – to increase Senergia’s revenue and profits over time, while maintaining financial stability and sustainability.
3. Scalable – everything Senergia does should be scalable to ensure growth without sacrificing quality.

Additionally, you must stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies and develop and maintain effective business plans. You will play a crucial role in enhancing Senergia's reputation and driving success by managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's efforts.

Is this you?

We are in search of a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the business world and a proven track record of success in similar roles or as a CEO for a smaller company.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have experience in the product sector and managing supply chains, as well as a thorough understanding of solar energy systems and/or electronical components. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must, and proficiency in a third language such as Mandarin, Spanish, French or German is highly desirable.

In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, have a talent for building and managing high-performing teams, and be a strategic thinker with a drive for results. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization are also key aspects of this role.
