The Role

Senergia, the leading Nordic distributor of solar energy solutions, is looking for a Sales Manager to develop and expand the business in Denmark.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for all business activities in the market including sales, brand building, partners, supply chain and P/L.

The role requires a general degree with an aptitude for learning given the changing nature of the role. You will need to have data-driven decision-making qualifications and be able to manage projects effectively while working on multifaceted projects with many different stakeholders. In addition, the role requires a deep understanding of how the business works and acquire knowledge and experience of the field in which Senergia operates, its products and services. You will be the one starting up the business in the Danish market and with that responsible for building the business and brand. As the business grows you will be able to also develop and grow your own team.

We are flexible to where in Denmark you geographically work from, but the role will require you to travel 3-4 days a week. You will report to Senergia’s CCO in Stockholm, Sweden.

Is this you?

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education within business, technology or similar. You have at least 3 years documented sales experience with excellent results, where you have been responsible for both new and existing clients and your own budget. You are used to being a representative towards a market and know how to strategically build a brand and a good reputation. We are looking for someone from the energy market or a producing technology company. It is a plus if you have competence within e-com and meritorious if you have experience working with other Nordic countries.

You are fluent in Danish and English both written and oral. Other Nordic languages is a plus. We expect you to be used to working in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferably Salesforce daily.

In this recruitment, your personal attributes will be of great importance! We are looking for you who has a strong business acumen, are sales oriented, self-driven and with a high degree of autonomy. You have strong communication skills and are driven by operating hands-on combined with a strategic mindset. Furthermore, we are looking for a structured and analytical star with a desire to build Senergia to be the leading business partner within solar energy, electric vehicle charging and energy storage in Denmark.
