Saint-Gobain Construction Materials in the Nordics & Baltics is currently on a transformation journey, strengthening structures and processes to support future growth and efficiency. As part of this development, we are now establishing a new role: Procurement & Process Excellence Specialist, a key position focusing on harmonizing purchasing processes, driving digitalization and preparing the region for an upcoming global SAP implementation.

As Procurement & Process Excellence Specialist, you will drive process improvement and standardization across the Nordic and Baltic procurement organization. You will work closely with local teams, global functions and Shared Service Centers to map current processes, identify gaps and implement best practices. A major focus will be ensuring that the organization has the right way of working, process platform, system structures, and routines in place before the new system implementation.

The role includes:

• Develop, document and harmonize procurement-related processes across the Nordics and Baltics, while providing continuous support to the team.
• Prepare the organization for the upcoming SAP implementation, ensuring readiness and strong foundational processes.
• Specialist change management activities, train teams and support adoption of new ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, problem-solving activities and cross-functional process reviews.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and ensure effective system usage and process structure.
• Collaborate across the organization, including with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, EHS, Shared Service Center in and global teams in Paris.

The role reports directly to the Purchasing Director Nordics & Baltics and can be based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland or elsewhere in the Nordic region. The position includes some travel.

Is this you?

To succeed as Procurement & Process Excellence Specialist, you have experience from process development, purchasing, supply chain or digitalization in an international or complex matrix organization. You are experienced in driving change, implementing new ways of working, and navigating multiple stakeholders

Experience from system implementation projects, preferably ERP, is highly valuable. SAP experience is not mandatory but a strong advantage.

You likely have an academic background in industrial engineering, logistics, business, or similar, or have gained equivalent experience through work. You communicate fluently in English, and knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.
