Head of Performance Marketing & Digital Sales – Nordic Region to TUI, Stockholm

TUI is now looking for a Head of Performance Marketing & Digital Sales for the Nordic region,  a highly impactful role where you will take full ownership of digital growth across markets and drive both short-term performance and long-term value through data, technology and innovation.

This is a central and business-critical position where you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, driving measurable impact across the entire digital customer journey.

About the role

TUI operates across multiple Nordic markets, where digital sales account for the vast majority of revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the full digital commercial funnel,  from traffic acquisition and performance marketing investments to conversion, CRM and digital sales performance.

You will hold full accountability for performance marketing budgets and digital revenue targets, ensuring that traffic, conversion and profitability are continuously optimized. The role spans the entire digital ecosystem, including paid, owned and organic channels, as well as web and app merchandising, personalization and customer journey optimization.

A key part of the role is to drive the development of a clear and effective Nordic execution strategy, balancing central frameworks with local market needs. You will actively contribute to advancing TUI’s capabilities in an increasingly AI-driven landscape, leveraging data, automation and new technologies to strengthen performance and customer engagement.

You will also play a central role in building strong relationships with key external partners while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Brand, CRM and central global teams.

The role reports to Sales & Marketing Director Nordic and is part of the Regional Marketing & Sales Leadership Team.

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, extensive experience from senior leadership positions within digital sales, eCommerce or performance marketing in consumer-focused and international environments is essential. A strong commercial mindset combined with a proven ability to drive growth, manage significant budgets and deliver measurable business results is highly valued.

A deep understanding of digital marketing channels, conversion drivers and customer journeys is important, along with strong analytical capabilities and confidence in using data, analytics frameworks and performance dashboards to support decision-making and optimizing results. Strategic thinking is paired with the ability to translate insights into clear commercial actions that create tangible impact. Experience working across Nordic or other multi-market environments is considered a strong advantage. Fluency in English is required, together with at least one Nordic language.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a successful track record of building, developing and motivating high-performing teams in complex and fast-paced organizations. Experience leading change, driving development initiatives and navigating dynamic business environments will be important for success in the role. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within matrix organizations are key strengths.
