The role

In the position as Sales Director for Denmark you will become part of an international, future-oriented and innovative group with long-standing, successful and experienced employees. Your main focus will be to significantly develop the company by expanding the business and bring it to the next level. In close cooperation and with support from the headquarters in Germany, you will expand the product portfolio, tap the entrepreneurial potential and thereby increase the market share in Denmark.

Together with your team, today including ten motivated employees you will strategically grow and develop the business both with existing such as new clients. Today Helukabel is a wellknown player on the Danish market having established collaborations with some of the biggest companies.

The role includes:

• Sales and business development.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities.
• Business decisions.
• Growth strategy and strategy for the Denmark business.
• Business development.
• Finance work including reporting, follow-up and budget work.
• Maintain and develop a strong and motivated team in Denmark.
• Analysis work.

The position is based at Helukabels office in Copenhagen reports to Head of Sales Europe who is placed at Helukabels HQ in Hemmingen, Germany.
As a Sales Director you can expect a varied and demanding job with a large scope for action as well as lucrative employment conditions and social benefits.

Is this you?

For this role, we are looking for you who have:

  • An academic background.
  • At least 7-10 years industrial and technical background with focus on Sales.
  • Previous experience from Business Development or Key Account Management with proven track record of delivering growth.
  • High affinity to modern sales instruments and experience in supporting the digitization of business.
  • Proven sales and marketing skills (acquisition strength and passion for sales.
  • It is meritorious if you have management experience, preferably in trade in the cable or electrical industry.
