Jenny leads executive search and recruitment assignments within industry, finance, and corporate functions, with a focus on the Nordic region and Northern Europe. She is an experienced and highly skilled project manager who creates structure, momentum, and clarity in complex assignments. Jenny meets people with warmth and a natural sense of calm, inspiring confidence and building strong, long-term client relationships. Through a professional and solution-oriented approach, she focuses on sustainable partnerships and delivering the highest quality results.

Jenny holds a Master's degree in Digital Management from Teesside University in collaboration with Hyper Island, as well as a DIHM qualification in Information and Business Communication. She is certified in SHL's OPQ and MQ assessments and also has experience working with assessment tools such as Alva Labs and HI Assessments.
