Sissel leads executive search and recruitment assignments within construction & real estate, finance, and corporate functions, with a focus on the Nordic region and Northern Europe. She works with a high degree of precision and a strong ability to understand and translate client needs and requirements into clear and focused search strategies. Through a commercially minded and analytical approach, she identifies candidates with the right expertise, potential, and organizational fit. Sissel has a background in Marketing and Leadership from OMH Business School in Oslo and is certified in several established assessment tools, including CUT-E and OPQ (SHL's Occupational Personality Questionnaire), as well as SHL cognitive ability assessments.
