As Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Level Executive, Susanna is responsible for the firm's operational excellence while also leading selected executive search assignments within construction & real estate, finance, and corporate functions across the Nordic region and Northern Europe.
Combining strategic perspective with exceptional execution capabilities, she quickly identifies the critical success factors of each assignment and establishes structured, effective processes that drive results. Her ability to balance precision with speed enables clients to navigate business-critical appointments with confidence and clarity.
Susanna is equally valued for her client advisory capabilities, building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of organizational needs. Through her solution-oriented and commercially driven approach, she consistently creates value for both clients and candidates.
Susanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organization from Stockholm University and is certified in OPQ (SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire) as well as cognitive assessments including Aon Assessment (AT) and SHL Verify G+.
